We’ve received your request and will reach out as soon as possible to get your first appointment scheduled.

How Day One Works

Your first visit starts with your story. That part matters.

Then we use our INSiGHT scans to see what most other tests miss, including the tension, stress, or past injuries your body has been holding onto for years.

That’s where we’ll start together.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions patients ask before they book.

No. Lifespring is a cash-pay chiropractic practice. We do not accept insurance, but HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we provide superbills for PPO reimbursement.

When insurance is in the room, an adjuster decides what care you get and when you’re done. Removing it lets us build your plan around your nervous system instead of a billing code. Most patients find the total cost comparable once you factor in deductibles, copays, and a problem that never actually gets resolved.

Almost certainly yes. We regularly work with patients dealing with neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, anxiety, sleep issues, hormone imbalances, dysautonomia and POTS, digestive issues, knee, shoulder, and hip pain, concussion recovery, and pediatric and prenatal care.

We don’t actually treat conditions, though. We work with the nervous system that’s driving the pattern underneath them. That’s why someone who comes in for neck pain often ends up sleeping better, and someone who comes in for hormone issues often notices their anxiety quiet down too.

Some patients feel a shift in the first few visits. Others need a few months. It depends on how long the pattern has been building.

A recent injury responds quickly. Years of accumulated stress, poor sleep, and old injuries take longer to unwind. When care addresses the nervous system rather than just the symptom, results compound instead of fading. The relief gets more consistent over time, not less.

We start with three INSiGHT nervous system scans before recommending any care, and we use the TriChord Method, which addresses the nervous system, extremities, and ligament system together rather than just adjusting where it hurts.

Most chiropractic care is built around adjusting the spine where it feels tight. If nobody looked at why the tension keeps coming back, the relief fades in a few days. Most people who say chiropractic didn’t work for them never had their nervous system tested. That’s usually the missing piece.

No. Our technique is intentionally low-force and specific. There is no cracking, twisting, or surprise pressure, and you will not receive any adjustment on your first visit.

Day one is conversation and scans only. Day two walks you through the findings and the care plan. Nothing happens to your body without you understanding why first.
