1.     WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

While it is perfectly possible to visit and browse the Lifespring Chiropractic Website without disclosing any personal data, if you choose to actively engage with us by scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information including your first name, last name, phone number and email address. Lifespring Chiropractic Website does not collect any sensitive data under any circumstances.
